I'm really out of shape. Will I be able to keep up?
Absolutely! Every movement can be modified. You work at YOUR pace. Many of our success stories started completely sedentary. The coaches guide you every step.
Is this actual fighting? Will I get hit?
No fighting, no contact, no getting hit - ever! You're punching and kicking heavy bags and pads for an amazing workout. It's fitness disguised as martial arts.
How quickly will I see results?

What should I wear/bring?
Just workout clothes and water. We provide gloves for your first class. Barefoot or indoor shoes are fine. No special equipment needed to start.
I'm over 40/50. Am I too old for kickboxing?
Never! Our members range from 18 to 72. About 40% are over 40. The beauty of kickboxing is everyone works at their own pace. Age is just a number here.
What if I can't commit to a schedule?
We offer 25+ classes per week - mornings, lunch, evenings, and weekends. Most members attend 2-3 times weekly. You can attend any class that fits your schedule.
